9. Expansion of the franchise, citizenship, residency and personhood (Expand)

10. Exercise of Indigenous sovereignty for system transition (Indigenous)

11. Community owned and operated media, media channels, production, content (Media)

12. Mutual aid organizations (MutualAid)
