Can you Identify the biggest challenge of getting people and local governments to use Decidim?

How can we start changing people's Attitudes towards decision making and governance in a purely Online Environment?

In what function of Decidim do you see your team or community be reflected the most? Are you story tellers? policy advisors? Big on numbers and data?

Thinking about decidim has to offer. Where or what aspects of community can decidim exemplify the most? and How can we start inciting the importance of giving a people's platform, the people's power.

Where do/would you see yourself reflected in Decidim's participatory Process? Are you an administrator in charge of leading people to inreact with decision making, or are you a participant who engages others to participate?

As an administrator you will have the ability to create spaces and "move" the topic of conversation of the city, how important is that to you? should Ideas be generated organically or should we as leaders intervene to make progress?
